HOW TO HOST A PAINT PARTY!

  1. Grab a group of friends.
  2. Pick 1-3 projects for your friends to choose from. (we can help) 
  3. Contact us (text 360.777.6181 or click that chat button or email newcreationsbyjen@gmail.com) for a date and time you'd like to host your friends.
  4. We'll send you a custom link for everyone to choose their kit and sign up.
  5. Paint kits will be ready to pick up (in Orting) before your party. EVERYTHING is included in the box!!

Everything you need is in the boxes we put together. Just add your painting creativity!

Each box comes with all items shown to create your sign (some items may look different than those shown because of different suppliers)

The various pieces are laser cut out of either 1/8" MDF, Baltic Birch or White Birch. Some items will be cut out of 1/4” as well. 

Shipping Policy

We offer free studio pickup in Orting or we can ship your items. Shipping will be calculated before your order is processed. We do our best to get orders completed within 6-10 business days. Longer for specialty items and right away for in-stock items.

If you need an item for a special event or gift, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your date. Some items can be ready quickly with rush charges.

Return Policy

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. You are welcome to email us if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. New Creations by Jen also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content, or material.

During our busy holiday season, we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in the delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee we will refund your shipping & handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time.  Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect us or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
