Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure the best results for your custom order, please send the correct artwork file based on how your design was created. Tap a section below to expand it.

Created in Adobe Illustrator?

Preferred file type: .ai

Please send:

  • The original .ai file whenever possible
  • All linked images used in the design
  • The fonts used, or convert all text to outlines before sending
  • Artwork organized in layers when possible
Created in Adobe Photoshop?

Preferred file type: .psd

Please send:

  • The original .psd file with layers intact
  • Any linked or placed images used in the artwork
  • Font information, or rasterize text layers if the text no longer needs to be edited
Created in Procreate?

Preferred file type: .procreate

Please send:

  • The original .procreate file with layers intact
  • If the file is too large, a copy with any unused, hidden, or unnecessary layers removed before sending
Created in Canva?

Please send:

  • The original Canva design link with editing access enabled
  • If you cannot share the editable design, the highest-quality export available (PNG with a transparent background when applicable)
Created in another design program?

Please send:

  • The original editable file whenever possible
  • Any fonts, linked images, or additional assets needed to open the file correctly
Have only a finished image file?

Please send:

  • A high-resolution PNG whenever possible
  • Transparent backgrounds are preferred for most custom products
Why do I need these file types?

Different design programs handle layers, fonts, and effects differently. Providing the original editable file helps ensure the best possible final product and allows adjustments when needed.

Artwork Rights

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use any images, logos, characters, fonts, or other design elements included in your file.
